Retail Lease Trac, Inc. (“Retail Lease Trac”, “RLT”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the rltrac.com website and the Service, how we use it, and how we protect it. 1. The Data We Handle

The Service is built around two distinct categories of information:

-Retail Tenant Database (Business Information): the core of the Service is a curated database of retail tenant and expansion information, compiled from publicly available sources and independent research conducted by our Research Department. This is business information about companies and their expansion activity, not personal data submitted to us by our clients, and it does not include sensitive personal information about private individuals.

-Account Information (Limited Personal Data): to register for and access the Service, users must create an account. The personal information collected for this purpose is limited to name, email address, and phone number. We do not collect or require sensitive categories of personal information, such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or health information, to operate the Service.

2. How We Use Account Information

Account information is used solely to create and administer user accounts, authenticate access to the Service, communicate with users about their account or the Service, and provide customer support. We do not sell account information to third parties.

3. How We Protect Your Information

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account information, including encryption of passwords, required two-factor authentication, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis. 4. Outbound Communications (“Broadcasts”)

A core feature of the Service allows users to send outbound email communications (“broadcasts”) to contacts in the retail tenant database, including the option to send from a user’s own verified email domain. This does not grant Retail Lease Trac access to a user’s email systems, internal data, or other infrastructure. 5. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account remains active. If you close your account, we will delete or de-identify your account information within a reasonable period thereafter, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be amended by Retail Lease Trac, Inc. at any time for whatever reason without notice. This Privacy Policy will be updated on a continuous basis and it is the user’s responsibility to periodically review this document. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
